·The driverless filter can work continuously without changing the filter, contributing to convenience in production and maintenance and reduced production cost.
·When the set pressure is reached, the system will automatically push the dregs out of the working position quickly to maintain a constant pressure and improve the product quality.
·The mesh filter channel is designed with a split-flow structure to eliminate any “dead angle”, and the filter area is more than twice that of ordinary filters.
·The unique sealing structure greatly improves the sealing performance, capable of high extrusion output of any raw material, and allows working in conjunction with different standard extruders.
·The area of the filter screen can be customized freely, available in either standard or purposely customized sizes.
