• The belt filter can work continuously, without the need for changing of belt in a certain period of time. The length of the filter screen is optional between 10m and 20m for customization, allowing for easy production and maintenance.

• When the filter screen is in production and reaches the predetermined pressure, the screen can be automatically changed without additional manual operation.

• When the automatic control system detects that the pressure reaches the set upper limit, the slag on the filter screen will be quickly pushed out of the working position ,before the screen belt is changed  automatically.

• The walking distance may be varied by time relay or according to melt pressure change, and can be preset or adjusted on the production line according to the site conditions.

• The filter channel has a split design to ensure no dead angle. The filter area is more than one time of the ordinary filter’s, contributing to a longer screen change interval.

• Employ automatic adjustment sealing device to ensure a sealing performance of 99%; Meet the requirement for high-output extrusion production of any raw material, and can be used together with different standard extruders.

• The screen area is customizable. Supply of standard specification or special specification is available.

• The material flow is stable and the product has no deformation during the screen changing process, contributing to much lower production cost.
