• The die lip is designed with scraping mode and internal blocking device to achieve fast adjustment of width in the process of production.

• Equipped with a flow regulating device to enable larger range  adjustment of material viscosity, and prompt adjustment and optimization  of the lateral uniformity of thickness.

• Streamlined runner is customized on the basis of computer simulation optimization of various materials to result in a continuous unobstructed flow surface.

• The gap of the elastic die lip can be quickly varied by a portable push-pull screw, so as to achieve quick adjustment and optimization of lateral uniformity of product thickness ,and/or a thinner edge.

• The die lip is subject to special processing to greatly improve the straightness, satisfying the needs of more products.

• The surface is all hard chrome plated, and the fasteners are made of 12.9 high-strength bolts.  Heating is set under control in zonal manner by high-quality stainless steel heating rods.

• Combined die, simple in structure, easy to disassemble and clean.

• Die width is 400mm-6000mm.

• For coating of 0.005mm-0.4mm thickness sheets. Applicable: paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric, metal foil, plastic film, natural textiles, chemical fiber fabrics and other materials.

• Applicable: all kinds of hot melt adhesives, PSA, APAO, EVA, PA, PUR, PUA and various elastomers.
