• The gap of elastic die lip can be quickly varied by special fine-tuning screws, so as to achieve quick adjustment and optimization of lateral uniformity of product thickness.

• The die lip employs hot oil circulation to control the temperature. The die body can be heated in the form of hot oil circulation or electric zonal heating. The die body is equipped with a water cooling device system.

• Equipped with a trimming device on both sides of the die lip to reduce the rounded edges.

• The surface is all hard chrome plated, and the fasteners are made of 12.9 high-strength bolts.
