• The die lip is designed with a special angle to shorten the distance between the lip outlet and the roller, and satisfy the technical requirements of more products.

• Various internal or external blocking width adjustment devices are available as an option to achieve fast adjustment of width in the process of production.( Internal plug with independent fine-tuning edge-thinning function)

• The surface is all hard chrome plated, and the fasteners are made of 12.9 high-strength bolts.  Heating is set under control in zonal manner by high-quality stainless steel heating rods.

• Customizable insulation to reduce heat loss and minimize production costs.

• Combined die, simple in structure, easy to disassemble and clean.

• Die width is 400mm-6000mm.

• Production of 0.02mm-0.4mm thick casting film, with thickness tolerance up to ±0.001mm, suitable for disposable paper cup,  paper bag for food package, composite film on substrate, etc.
