Multi-layer Internal Composite Die

• Suitable for co-extrusion compounding of materials with different melting points through a multi-layer cavity. The system is equipped with independent temperature control in each layer cavity and thermal insulation device between various layers to offer different melting temperature, with a   temperature difference up to 78 °C, contributing to improved compounding uniformity.

• More layers structure can be attained by employing the composite distributor , coupled with the composite cavity.

• The thickness proportion of each layer in the composite cavity can be as low as 4.8% or less.

• Streamlined runner is customized on the basis of various materials to result in a continuous unobstructed flow surface.

•The gap of the elastic die lip can be quickly varied by a portable push-pull screw, so as to achieve quick adjustment and optimization of lateral uniformity of product thickness ,and/or a thinner edge.

• Equipped with a flow regulating device to enable larger range  adjustment of material viscosity, and prompt adjustment and optimization  of the lateral uniformity of thickness.

• The die lip is designed with a special angle to shorten the distance between the lip outlet and the roller , and satisfy the technical requirements of more products.

• Various internal or external blocking width adjustment devices are available as an option to achieve fast adjustment of width in the process of production.

• The surface is all hard chrome plated, and the fasteners are made of 12.9 high-strength bolts.  Heating is set under control in zonal manner by high-quality stainless steel heating rods.

• Combined die, simple in structure, easy to disassemble and clean.

• A/B, A/B/C, A/B/A, A/B/C/B/A and many other composite forms.
