Aluminum Air Knife.
• With the use of air knife, a thin layer of air is formed on the surface
of the film and the chill roll to enable uniform cooling of the film, and more consistent thickness , closer touch to
the roll in the process of high-speed production, contributing to less
wrinkle/spot and better appearance.
• The surface is all hard chrome plated, and the
fasteners are made of 12.9 high-strength bolts.

materials.
